We’ve curated signature tailgate packages that serve as the foundation for every experience we offer.
Each package accounts for:

Now the fun part. Your assigned tailgate host collaborates with you to refine your event - addressing and thoughts or questions and adding or subtracting elements to match your exact vision.​

When your quote is all set, accept! To officially reserve your event date and time, we require a 50% deposit. Changes can be made leading up to the event and reflect on the final payment.

Game days have moments of max capacity, and every tailgate requires detailed preparation and staffing coordination.

We Get to Work
Here’s what happens behind the scenes:
📅 Calendar invites sent to align all parties. 🎨 In-house graphic design (when applicable). 📦 Ordering, pickups, prep, and loading. 👥 Staffing coordination. 📄 Ongoing invoice adjustments as needed
